Delivery

Retail Customers
We aim to make your shopping experience as convenient as possible. For all retail orders:

Shipping Cost: £6 for orders up to £50.
Free Shipping: Orders over £50 automatically qualify for free standard shipping.
Delivery Service: Most orders are shipped via FedEx for fast, reliable delivery. Larger or bulky items are sent via pallet courier, and we may use alternative couriers for deliveries to Northern Ireland.
Next-Day Delivery: Orders placed before 1:00 PM will be dispatched the same day and delivered the next day, with the exception of hot tub covers, which currently have a standard delivery time of 2 working days, and pallet deliveries, which typically take 2-3 working days.

Trade Customers
We value our trade partners and offer tailored shipping options:

Small Parcels: £7.50 for every 27 kg of products in your basket.
Pallets: For larger orders requiring pallet delivery, rates will be calculated based on size and weight, and delivery address. This will be calculated at checkout.

Additional Information

All shipping times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances.
Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Please ensure delivery addresses are correct; we cannot be responsible for delays due to incorrect information.
Deliveries may be delayed around UK bank holidays, as couriers do not operate on these days.
Delivery times may also be affected for a few days following a bank holiday while couriers clear delivery backlogs.
