The Essential Water Balancer

Maintain the perfect water chemistry for your hot tub. AquaSolus pH Minus is formulated to lower your spa’s pH levels, ensuring your water remains comfortable for bathing and your equipment stays protected from scale and corrosion. This product also serves as an effective agent for reducing Total Alkalinity levels above 150mg/l (ppm).

The Ideal Range:

Hot Tubs pH Level: 7.2 – 7.6

Total Alkalinity: 80 – 150mg/l (ppm)

If your test strips show levels above these figures, use AquaSolus pH Minus to restore the balance.

AquaSolus Pro-Tip

For the most accurate results, always test your water when the pumps have been running for at least 15 minutes. Testing "stagnant" water can give you an incorrect reading, leading to over-dosing. Depending on your water hardness, multiple treatments may be required to achieve the correct balance.

Preparation: 

Pre-Dissolve: Always pre-dissolve the product before adding it to your spa. Use a clean plastic container with warm water.

Ratio: Max 10g of product per 1 litre (0.2 gallons) of water.

Stir well until the product is fully dissolved.

Application:

1.  Add to the Spa: With the spa pump(s) running, carefully pour the dissolved solution into the water.

* For Total Alkalinity Reduction: Pour the solution into one specific area in the middle of the spa to ensure proper distribution.

2.  Wait & Test: After a minimum of 30 minutes, re-test your water. If levels remain high, repeat the treatment until the ideal range is established.
