InSpire Hardness Increaser/Plus – 1KG

InSpire Hardness Increaser is a essential granular treatment used to raise the calcium hardness levels in your spa or hot tub. Calcium hardness measures the amount of dissolved calcium and magnesium in the water. Maintaining the correct level is vital for structural integrity and water stability; if levels are too low, the water becomes "aggressive," which can lead to the erosion of grout in tiled spas and the corrosion of metal components in the heating system.

Instructions (Always Read the label for full instructions):

Test: Use a test kit or strip to determine your current calcium hardness level.
Calculate: Determine the required dose based on the table above.
Apply: With the circulation system running, sprinkle the product directly into the water around the perimeter of the spa.
Circulate: Allow the pump to run until the material has fully dissolved.
Re-test: Check levels again after 2–4 hours and repeat if necessary until the desired range is reached.

Important: Do not add more than 100g in a single treatment. Adding too much at once can cause the water to become excessively cloudy.

DO NOT PRE-DISSOLVE: Unlike other spa chemicals, this product can generate excessive heat when mixed with small amounts of water in a container. Always add granules directly to the spa water.

Bathing: Only apply when the spa is not in use. Bathing may recommence once the granules have completely dissolved.

Placement: Avoid sprinkling the product near the skimmers or filters.
