The Balboa GS510DZ (G1553) is a sophisticated, "Deluxe" series circuit board designed for more complex hot tub setups. It is the core control unit for the GS510DZ system and is easily identified as a "DZ" board because it supports Deluxe VL series topside panels, which include features like a real-time clock and detailed operation symbols.
Specifications:
Power Requirements: 230V AC / 50Hz (Supports 1, 2, or 3-Phase configurations).
Pump 1: Single or Dual-speed (plus optional 230V Circulation Pump).
Pump 2: Single-speed (Dedicated output).
Air Blower: Optional 230V output (can be swapped for a Pump 3/extra pump via J17).
J17 Port: A flexible output protected by a 10A fuse; used for either a blower or a single-speed secondary pump.
Heater: Supports Balboa M7 heaters (typically 3.0kW).
Ozone & Light: 230V Ozonator output and 12V AC lighting.
