Installation Instructions
Step 1: Position the spa cover (in the closed position) on the spa, ensuring all 4 corners are properly aligned and square.

Step 2: Use Item L (1” Mounting Screws) to attach the Mounting Brackets (G) to each side of the spa. Pre-drill with a 1/16” bit to avoid splitting wood. Mounting height options: Position brackets 8” down from top of spa shell for ~9–10” clearance (75% of cover above spa when open), or 12” down for ~15” clearance (50% of cover above spa). See Figure 1.

Step 3: Connect Pivot Arms (D) to Mounting Brackets (G), then tilt them back into the upright position. See Figure 2.

Step 4: Insert the long ends of the Support Arms (A) into the Centre Coupler (C), then slide the Support Arms into the Pivot Arms (D). See Figure 3.

Step 5: Lay the lifter frame across the closed spa cover. Adjust the Centre Coupler (C) so it’s parallel to the hinge, about ½” away. Use Self-Tapping Screws (K) to secure the Support Arms to the Pivot Arms and to the Centre Coupler. Ensure the Centre Coupler is rotated so the screws are horizontal, with heads facing the back of the spa.

Step 6: Slide Foam Grips (B) onto the ends of the Support Arms. Snap Small Dome Screw Caps (N) onto exposed screws. Insert Plugs (O) into any unused holes in the brackets.

Step 7: Attach the 3 Towel Hooks (P) to your preferred side of the lifter by snapping them into place and securing each with one middle Self-Tapping Screw (K).
